Chamblee named UGA Watch Party location
With the college football season underway, the city of Chamblee announced that it has been designated as an official University of Georgia (UGA) Alumni Association watch party location.
The designation gives local Bulldog fans a place to gather, cheer, and experience game day together. During the event, fans are encouraged to wear their team colors, bring their friends, and make Chamblee their destination for college football this fall. The city will host four UGA games as part of their 3rd Spot Watch Party event.
During the watch party, the city of Chamblee is also scheduled to have halftime performances by the Chamblee High School Band.
City officials state that Chamblee is a designated spot to unwind and enjoy the excitement and camaraderie of college football on the big screen. Here’s a complete schedule of the 3rd Spot Watch Party College Football Edition Series:

Participants at the events should be on the lookout for notable DeKalb alum who will face off against the Bulldogs. The most notable is Columbia alum Jaden Baugh — who returned to Florida after a breakout sophomore season that saw him tie records set by Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow. Now it’s Baugh’s turn to grace the Heisman hopeful lists, coming off a 1,170-yard season that saw him earn All-SEC honors.
Marist alum Luke Harpring joins Baugh on the Florida Gators’ offense as the Georgia Tech transfer crossed state lines to find an SEC home. Harpring averaged 12.2 yards per catch as a redshirt freshman at Georgia Tech.
