New ULC board members begin posts
Unconditional Love for Children, Inc. (ULC) installed four additional members to the Board of Directors on Dec.12 at Parker’s on Ponce in Decatur.
Dr. Earl Glenn and Carolyn Glenn, the founders of ULC, are paving the way for new leadership of their 15-year-old nonprofit.
Leading the new charge is Delphyne Lomax Taylor, a longtime member of the board of directors, who was appointed as the new ULC board chair.
“The new Board of Directors augment the board with their diversity in experiences and skill sets, helping to position ULC to carry out its mission with a huge impact,” according to a news release.
Demetria Taylor, a founding member of the ULC Board of Directors and educator stated, “New Board Members are highly skilled, visionaries, philanthropic-hearted, and results-driven professionals. The newest team members show they are perfectly VALUES-fitted for forwarding ULC mission to help more children thrive and soar in life.”
ULC’s mission is to provide educational enrichment programs that empower children to achieve academic success, build self-esteem, gain confidence, and live a holistic life, according to the news release.
